Ingredients CHINESE CRISPY CHILLI CHICKEN RECIPE

to brine
  • 250 grams of boneless chicken, diced
  • 2 tablespoons yoghurt / curd / dahi
  • 1/2 cup water or as needed (do not use too much)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour / maida (preferred organic)
  • cornstarch 1/2 cup flour / corn
  • water as needed (can be replaced with egg)

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons you sesame or olive oil or any
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch or corn flour
  • 6 to 8 are tablespoons water
  • very little salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (prefer organic or processed natural without Msg)
  • 3/4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon red chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (add more if you prefer sweet)

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper coarsely crushed or powdered

  • 1 large onion layers in separate cubes
  • 1/2 cup peppers / capsicum
  • 2 to 3 sprigs of chopped spring onions

Making the recipe Chinese crispy chili chicken Recipe

Wash the chicken well and drain. Cut into bite size pieces.
Add yogurt, water, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix everything well.
Add chicken drained liquid brine prepared and let stand for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the remaining ingredients - chop ginger, garlic, green chile slit, nature onion and peppers.
After 30 minutes, drain the whole chicken.
Add the cornmeal and all-purpose flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Seasoning

Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat
Saute garlic, ginger and chili until fragrant which in time.
Add the onion into cubes or onionwhites spring, along with peppers
Saute for 2 to 3 minutes until peppers are means made
Add soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar
Give a stir to mix cornmeal. Pour it into the pan.
Keep stirring at a medium to low heat until sauce thickens. It takes only 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off the stove
Allow the sauce to cool slightly
Add fried chicken bites this chicken and mix well
crispy chicken chili garnished with green onion spring. Serve immediately nothing but begin to lose cripness.
